Job Description

Role Summary

The PCS Supply Chain Strategy Leader will define own and drive the longterm supply chain strategy for the Patient Care Solutions (PCS) business. This role is responsible for shaping and executing strategies that improve cost resilience scalability and operational performance across the endtoend supply chain.

The role partners closely with PCS ISC and enterprise leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable plans lead complex crossfunctional initiatives and deliver material financial and operational impact. This position operates at the enterprise level with high visibility and influence.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own development and execution of the annual and longterm Supply Chain Strategyfor PCS including strategy roadmaps funding requests and supporting business cases.
  • Lead supplier transfer and NPI strategy including initiation governance and execution of manufacturing transfers through TRS / TR0 milestones.
  • Provide supply chain leadership for M&A divestitures and duediligence activities ensuring operational feasibility risk mitigation and value creation.
  • Identify and drive opportunities across cost productivity inventory optimization footprint and network design sourcing strategy and operatingmodel transformation.
  • Apply structured problemsolving and analytics to complex ambiguous business challenges spanning manufacturing planning logistics and sourcing.
  • Develop financial and scenario models to assess tradeoffs and support executive decisionmaking.
  • Lead crossfunctional initiatives without direct authority aligning stakeholders across supply chain finance engineering and business leadership.
  • Influence strategy development by incorporating external best practices market trends and industry benchmarks.
  • Communicate complex strategies clearly and concisely to senior leaders enabling alignment and execution.
  • Support execution governance to ensure strategies translate into sustainable operational outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field; Masters degree or equivalent advanced experience strongly preferred.
  • 10 years of progressive experiencein supply chain strategy operations planning or consulting within complex global organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing supply chain strategiesthat deliver material financial and operational results.
  • Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems perform quantitative and financial analysis and deliver factbased executive recommendations.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders across manufacturing sourcing logistics planning and financeto drive enterpriselevel outcomes.
  • Strong program leadership capabilities including managing multiple complex initiatives in parallel and driving execution through crossfunctional teams.

Desired Characteristics

  • Background in supply chain strategy consultingor transformation roles with trustedadvisor experience supporting senior and executive leadership.
  • Deep expertise in inventory strategy planning optimization S&OP / S&OE design and network & footprint modeling.
  • Experience leading manufacturing footprint consolidation supplier strategy and sourcing / procurement optimizationinitiatives.
  • Strong financial acumen including businesscase development investment analysis and scenario modeling.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive endtoend impact from strategic roadmap design through execution and sustained results.
  • Proven people leader with experience leading and developing teams including junior professionals and crossfunctional contributors.
  • Executiveready communicator capable of translating complex analyses into clear compelling strategic narratives.
  • Comfortable operating in fastpaced highambiguity environmentswith competing priorities and incomplete information.
  • Strong systems thinker who connects supply chain design organizational structure and financial performanceto business outcomes.
  • Brings an external perspective and applies best practices across industriesto internal decisionmaking.
