Office ManagerMOSS Building & Design is seeking a detail-oriented and organized full time Office Manager to support our growing team in Northern Virginia. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to contribute to a supportive customer-focused company that values work-life balance and professional growth.
Role will be in office for the first 6 months and then will transition to a hybrid schedule.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
- Manage office move new office openings
- Manage facility-related items
- Order supplies as needed
- Event support
- Oversee insurance and licenses
- Coordinate fleet and IT needs
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and project teams
- Handle Accounts Receivable
- Support miscellaneous accounting and office projects as needed
- Ensure smooth office workflows and maintain a professional organized work environment
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in office management or administrative roles preferably in construction remodeling or a related industry
- Experience with light accounting tasks (accounts receivable bookkeeping cash reconciliation etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic accounting software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Positive attitude reliability and a team-player mindset
- Passion for supporting a customer-centric company that delivers high-quality home remodeling projects
