DescriptionApogee Global RMS is seeking for a client a dynamic Enterprise Account Manager to own and expand strategic relationships across their largest most influential customers. This role requires a seasoned revenue leader who can navigate multistakeholder environments drive executive alignment and deliver measurable business outcomes for enterprise clients.
You will serve as the primary commercial owner for a portfolio of highvalue accounts ensuring retention expansion and longterm partnership success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full lifecycle of enterprise customer relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer goals and revenue targets
- Build deep trusted relationships with CIO CTO CHRO VPlevel and Directorlevel stakeholders
- Identify growth opportunities across product lines services and new business units
- Lead QBRs executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions
- Partner crossfunctionally with Product Customer Success Sales Engineering and Leadership to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- Forecast revenue manage pipeline and ensure accurate reporting of account health
- Navigate complex procurement legal and compliance processes for enterprise deals
- Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams influencing roadmap and service improvements
Requirements- 610 years of experience in Enterprise Account Management Strategic Accounts or Enterprise Sales
- Proven track record of managing multimilliondollar enterprise portfolios
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior decisionmakers
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles renewals and expansions
- Strong understanding of SaaS cloud technologies or enterprise solutions
- Exceptional communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in fastmoving environments
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in cybersecurity HR tech data platforms or enterprise SaaS
- Familiarity with MEDDICC Command of the Message or similar sales methodologies
- Background in Customer Success or Solutions Consulting
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
