We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our Norway based this busy role you will be given full autonomy to focus on achieving revenue and margin goals in key accounts. You will be fully supporting customer needs and developing strategic relationship to drive sales growth and improve profitability.

The Ideal Person:
What you will be doing:
- Develop strong strategic relationships with customers to identify and leverage the customers business goals growth strategies and profit drivers to deliver the appropriate business value proposition sales solution strategy.
- Perform critical customer analysis to identify and leverage the partners marketing programs to achieve growth in their customers solutions capability.
- Engage customers in joint planning that integrates the companys services programs and supplier partnerships securing customer commitment for the development of a comprehensive investment in strategies that advance the companys market position entanglement and financial goals
- Conduct regular business reviews with assigned accounts to track progress toward revenue and growth goals and owns execution of business plan.
- Maintains and monitors sales pipeline and metrics for assigned customers performs analysis and identifies improvement opportunities.
- Supports suppliers strategies by aligning solutions with customer to maximize profitable growth and customer expansion.
What we are looking for:
- Solid understanding of business financials products and services the market and the needs of assigned accounts. Understands emerging market trends impacting customers leverages understanding to expand relationships with own customers.
- Experience of high territory key accounts products and services sales or account management processes.
- Experience of leading negotiations on medium-sized complex accounts with the ability to plan own territory and account approach. Works within broad guidelines and policies to develop business with new and existing customers.
- Developed sales expertise across a defined portfolio of products in a complex sales environment.
- Ability to work autonomously to set and negotiate product and service terms.
- Able to collaborate with teams and Senior leadership. Excellent communication skills to directly contact with clients and decision makers and participate in team sales for major accounts.
