With a current headcount of 200 were continuing to grow and on this journey were looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our this role youll be an integral part of the companys scaling and play a key role in driving our hiring efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews extending offers and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience.
- Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates utilizing various channels such as job boards social media professional networks and direct outreach.
- Candidate Assessment: Screen resumes and applications conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications experience and cultural fit.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their teams needs and define role requirements ensuring a clear and efficient hiring process.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Data and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- Experience: 5 years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role preferably at the product companies
- Sourcing Expertise: Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
