ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Director this position leads Integrated Service Delivery Planning and Partnerships with accountability for advancing community hub (co-location) models and delivering integrated place-based service strategies. The role brings together community partners and regional programs into accessible client-centered service environments. It also provides leadership for administrative services workforce staffing and accommodation planning while using data and analysis to inform service planning and ensure efficient sustainable operations across the branch.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

  • Oversees the development of an evaluation strategy to assess the effectiveness of the community hub/co-location initiatives through the collection of data gathering input and feedback from the community.
  • Manages the project planning an implementation of community hub/co-location projects.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal and external partners including community providers and local municipalities.
  • Provides support and strategic advice and acts as a resource to senior management; anticipates identifies and manages emerging issues and challenges.
  • Leads high priority initiatives and manages special projects.
  • Monitors and evaluates service delivery and develops effective and innovative program delivery methodologies to meet mandates legislation and Branch and Regional program service requirements.
  • Develops cross-functional linkages to ensure that service delivery accommodations align.
  • Oversees the collection synthesis and analysis of facility demand data including the analysis of demographic information population and growth forecasts program data and community needs.
  • Oversees the integration of program services and the strategic placement of Department service delivery.
  • Oversees the development of funding strategies and proposals from government sources for program activities.
  • Oversees the development of contracts and service agreements with local municipalities and community-based agencies.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

  • Successful completion of a University Degree or approved equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum five (5) years demonstrated experience in strategic planning project management andprocess design including a minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to connect with various stakeholders while focusing on fostering collaborative work relationships.
  • Strong report writing research analytical and project management skills to meet program objectives and work to tight deadlines.
