What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global procurement strategy aligning with the companys growth financial and sustainability goals. Report progress and align initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with key global suppliers ensuring quality cost efficiency innovation and risk mitigation.
- Lead global sourcing initiatives for direct and indirect materials and services. Optimize supplier base and explore new sourcing opportunities.
- Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service levels. Lead negotiations for major contracts.
- Ensure compliance with legal ethical and corporate standards across all procurement activities. Manage geopolitical regulatory and operational risks in the supply base.
- Leverage digital procurement tools data analytics and automation to enhance procurement performance and transparency. Collaborate with Finance Operations Legal Innovation and other departments to support organizational objectives.
- Build mentor and lead a high-performing global procurement team fostering a culture of continuous improvement accountability and collaboration.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize team dynamics lead a high-performing team and ensure the alignment with organizational goals. Cultivate a culture to collaborate innovate and continuous improvement. Incorporating strategies for inclusion and diversity to enhance team effectiveness and creativity.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Business Administration/Management required or
- Bachelors Supply Chain Management required or
- Bachelors Finance required or
- Bachelors Related Field required
- Masters Business Administration/Management preferred
- 10 Years experience in procurement or supply chain roles required
- 7 Years experience within a global organization required
- 7 Years with SAP and procurement technologies required
- 5 Years developing and executing global sourcing strategies required
- Experience managing complex multinational supplier ecosystems. required
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformation and change management initiatives. required
- Strong understanding of ESG and sustainability practices in procurement preferred
- Experience in manufacturing organizations preferred
Additional Requirements
- 30% Overnight travel required. Mostly domestic but occasional international travel required.

This role is performed in an office environment where a computer telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role.
