Job Summary

As a Strategic Creative Lead youll drive custom creative programs across Amazons entire advertising ecosystem from Prime Video Brand Partnerships and innovative shopping experiences to event sponsorships and Alexa integrations. Youll serve as the strategic architect for one of our largest and most complex global accounts connecting breakthrough ideas with measurable business impact.

What Youll Do:

Youll be a creative leader brand strategist and program manager rolled into one bringing together diverse perspectives to craft cohesive creative and media strategies for the worlds most recognizable brands. Your expertise in data-driven storytelling and strategic influence will shape ideas that deliver exceptional results.

In this role youll proactively collaborate with Ad Sales Sponsorships Creative and Product teams to understand Amazons full creative potential. Youll develop deep client expertise across your dedicated portfolio and connect the dots to ensure both Amazon customers and advertising clients see a clear holistic picture of their creative opportunities across our global platform.

Operating as an individual contributor youll partner closely with multiple peer leaders and their teams to pitch and deliver impactful effective ideas motivating cross-functional teams to execute against your strategic vision.


A day in the life
Creative Leadership: Youll lead strategic creative development sessions guide teams through innovative program design and champion breakthrough ideas from concept to execution

Data-Driven Approach: Youll analyze performance metrics craft compelling narratives backed by insights and use data to inform creative decisions and client recommendations

AI Fluency: Youll integrate AI tools into your creative workflow explore emerging AI capabilities to enhance campaign development and advocate for AI-driven innovation

Stakeholder Management: Youll navigate conversations with internal teams and external clients build consensus across diverse groups and maintain strong relationships with key partners

Strategic Influence: Youll pitch creative concepts to senior leaders refine ideas based on feedback and drive teams to execute your vision with measurable impact

Global Perspective: Youll collaborate with international brand teams adapt strategies for different markets and coordinate with cross-functional partners across time zones

About the team
We are an award-winning team focused on delivering innovative advertising experiences across the Amazon canvas. Explore some of our work at Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
- Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives
- Bachelors degree in marketing advertising business or equivalent
- 8 years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience
- *Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel creative campaigns for major brands
- *Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external clients

- 3 years of content creation or similar experience
- Experience working on or with large-scale global creative campaigns
- Experience in program or project management including the delivery of cross-functional projects
- MBA degree or above in related fields
- *Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging advertising technologies
- *Background in digital media streaming platforms or e-commerce advertising

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical dental vision prescription Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans EAP Mental Health Support Medical Advice Line Flexible Spending Accounts Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage) 401(k) matching paid time off and parental leave.
