Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end payroll and benefits administration cycle acting as the key liaison with medical aid retirement fund and risk benefit providers.
- Serve as the primary custodian of the HR Information System (HRIS) driving data integrity compliance and accurate record-keeping across the employee lifecycle.
- Manage the coordination and execution of smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees.
- Provide exceptional timely administrative support and expert first-line responses to all employee queries related to payroll and HR administration.
- Support statutory requirements by assisting with payroll reporting internal audits and compliance checks.
- Offer vital recruitment support to HR Business Partners which includes advertising vacancies screening candidates and coordinating interview schedules.
