About the Role

Genesys is seeking a Marketing Web Content Specialist to help create and maintain global web pages and experiences across . We are looking for someone with experience working hands-on with corporate websites in the WordPress platform and a passion for working on creative and high-performing and innovative marketing this role youll help shape the future of our digital experience supporting our global demand generation brand and CX strategy. Working with stakeholders from across the world youll manage page updates and builds and the globalization of experiences into multiple languages.

What Youll Do

Global CMS Publishing & Translation

• Build QA and publish web content and site updates in WordPress

• Manage incoming web requests and collaborate to ensure timely delivery

• Support content migrations rebranding initiatives and data cleanup

• Manage translation workflows for new and updated pages across 7 languages using WPML

• Audit localized pages and assets for formatting quality and consistency

• Document publishing standards and web processes

Web Performance SEO & Digital Quality

• QA to ensure pages look beautiful across breakpoints and browsers

• Maintain engineering standards for code quality accessibility performance scalability and maintainability

• Make improvements in page speed Core Web Vitals database optimization and overall site performance

• Ensure strong technical SEO foundations (schema markup site architecture crawl health metadata governance)

• Conduct UAT or QA processes and to ensure high-quality releases

• Maintain redirects and make updates for site health

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work alongside a global team of front-end and full-stack engineers QA professionals and web publishers

• Partner closely with project management design and global content teams on page updates

• Onboard and train other CMS authors and agency resources

What You Bring

• 2 years of professional web publishing experience preferably within enterprise WordPress environments

• Experience managing multilingual websites and translation workflows (WPML preferred)

• Working knowledge of HTML CSS and debugging front-end issues

• Strong understanding of technical SEO and accessibility (WCAG/ADA) standards

• Experience with project management tools such as Asana

• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced global environment

• Experience collaborating with design systems and tools like Figma

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel)

• An AI-forward mindset leveraging modern tools to improve workflows and digital experiences

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
