About the Role
As a Bank Early Years Educator youll support the nursery team to deliver high-quality care and education whenever additional support is needed.
You will:
- Support childrens learning and development through engagingexperiences and learning moments
- Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS Birth to 5 Matters and the Fennies curriculum
- Work flexibly across different settings rooms and age ranges
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team culture
- Follow routines to support smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintainhigh standardsof safeguarding and health and safety at all times.
Whatwerelooking for
Youreaflexiblereliableandenthusiasticearly years educatorwhoenjoys variety and working as part of a team.
You will have:
- Level 2 orLevel 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Strong knowledge of EYFS Birth to 5 Matters and child development
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade4/C or above) or equivalent
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A warm positive approach to building relationships with children and families
Most importantly you will bring adaptability enthusiasm and a passion for supporting childrens development.
