The Role as Senior Manager Integration Services Nilfisk IT & Digital

Are you ready to lead Nilfisks global Integration roadmap and play a pivotal role in our digital journey We are seeking a visionary Senior Manager to head our Integrations Services team in IT driving the modernization and harmonization of our integration landscape across multiple applications and geographies.

This position is based at our office in Budapest Hungary and reporting to the VP Head of Data and Business Analytics. You will manage a team of integration specialist manage external consultants when required and work closely with business stakeholders within and outside Denmark. While we use Teams for most meetings you should expect a few trips primarily to the Head office in Denmark during the year.

Integrations and Development is on high demand to connect our business applications and ensure seamless data flow and communication between platforms and services. This role is expected to take our integration strategy to the next level and leverage the latest tools to design scalable secure and high-performing integration architecture. You will combine technical leadership strategic thinking collaboration with internal and external stakeholders with an emphasis on people management.

Your Mission

As Senior Manager Integrations and Development Services you will:

Lead and mentor a diverse international team based in our hub in Budapest supporting Nilfisks Integrations across our business application landscape.

Actively participate and drive the integration deliverables in key projects like the transition to SAP S/4 HANA the rollout of our new ERP architecture the introduction of a global PIM tool and the launch of a global ecommerce B2B platform.

Recommend and implement fit for purpose integration tools and solutions aligned with current benchmarks and industry standards.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders in Production Supply Chain and Finance to align the Integration teams capabilities with Nilfisks strategic goals.

Drive vendor partnerships and manage the integration portfolio (SAP CPI EDI PI DBAmp etc.).

Ensure business continuity and value realization at every stage and champion best practices in application governance IT compliance and service management.

Foster a culture of innovation continuous improvement and high performance within your team.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in introducing and implementing integration technology with knowledge of integration architecture i.e. SAP CPI API-led event-driven ETL middleware-based.

Strong business understanding of business processes in manufacturing supply chain or finance and a track record of managing international teams and complex vendor relationships.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and a growth mindset collaborative spirit and passion for delivering business value.
