Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Designs control system and low voltage electrical enclosures
• Support electrical design for new product development.
• Creating and maintain components in the design tools.
• Working with contract resources and/or manufacturers for prototype/production builds
• Develop test case for electrical safety test of product
• Responsible for coordinate for CE / UL testing of product and having sound knowledge on IEC and NEC standards
• Collaborates with other groups including Mech Engineers firmware & software developers system test customer support and manufacturing.
• Proficient in Cero schematics and 3-D cable routing.
• Should have sound knowledge in NPDI process and its deliverables. Should work collaboratively with cross functional teams.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge on working with DC / AC Power Supply mainly 24V 48VDC / 400V 3PH 50Hz / 460V-3Ph-60Hz
• 3-7 years of experience in an Electrical panel development for thermal products role.
• 3-7 years of experience using Electrical panel Life cycle management or Product documentation management tools.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in writing functional requirements and documenting designs.

• 3-7 years of experience in an Electrical panel development for thermal products role.
• 3-7 years of experience using Electrical panel Life cycle management or Product documentation management tools.

• Experience with ELCAD/Creo schematic or similar tools.
• Experience with VMM oscilloscopes and other debug tools.
• Ability to execute on schedules for hardware board development lifecycles.
• Ability to debug validate and develop/support manufacturing tests on board level products.
• Experience in design for serviceability manufacturability.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary.
