What impact youll make
As a Senior Customer Portfolio Manager for the Gas Power Service team covering Italy and the Balkans you will actively contribute to delivering best-in-class service to our clients through long-term service agreements specifically for gas turbines steam turbines and generators with a strong focus on safety quality delivery and contract profitability.

What youll do
- Act as the main point of contact for customers ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of service and support issues within the assigned region product line or coverage area.
- Maintain strong knowledge of assigned products installations configurations and customer requirements to provide effective support.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver the best solutions and customer experience.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships providing ongoing technical and commercial support.
- Influence strategic development within the area of responsibility including resource planning and policy contribution.
- Analyze business challenges recommend best practices and identify opportunities to improve products processes or services.
- Use sound judgment to manage complex operational technical manufacturing engineering or product-related issues.
- Evaluate information quality ask the right questions and develop solutions beyond standard procedures with clear recommendations.
- Lead projects or functional teams when required communicate complex topics effectively and influence decision-making.
What youll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a Scientific discipline.
- Experience in customer-facing roles including on-site support frontline activities customer interaction negotiations and contract management.
- Good knowledge of the power generation market including wind farms steam turbines and generators and proven ability to manage customer relationships effectively while working collaboratively as a strong team player.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel up to 50% globally with the main activity based in Italy.
What will make you stand out
- Proven experience leading programs or projects with strong project management skills including planning documentation execution and delivery.
- Experience with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement combined with strong analytical problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP or equivalent) and additional language skills are a plus.

The pay range for this position: Between 70700 and 106100 gross per annum. The specific pay offered will consider the candidates education qualifications experience and skill set.

A National Collective Bargaining Agreement (NCBA - Metalworking) is applicable in relation to the position. Below we indicate the relevant provisions of the remuneration regulations applicable at the Employer. The available benefits based on the currently effective CBA and company policies include the following:
Stipendio Base: La retribuzione seguirà le tabelle salariali previste dal CCNL di categoria Metalmeccanico Industria
Base salary: The remuneration is established according to the Metalworking CBA salary scale which defines job groups and minimum salary levels.
Pensione Integrativa (Cometa): Tutti i livelli sono eligibili ad eccezione dei dirigenti.
Contributo del datore di lavoro: 2% (22% se under 35). Contributo del dipendente: 12%. Base di calcolo: retribuzione mensile lorda.
Pension Fund (Cometa): All levels are eligible except executives (dirigenti).
Employer Contribution: 2% (2.2% if under 35). Employee Contribution: 1.2%. Base: monthly gross salary.
Assistenza Sanitaria (Metasalute): Assistenza sanitaria prevista da CCNL. Il dipendente ha la possibilità di rinunciare alla copertura di base optando per lassistenza sanitaria integrativa offerta da Generali.
