What youll do

• Act as the main point of contact for customers ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of service and support issues within the assigned region product line or coverage area.
• Maintain strong knowledge of assigned products installations configurations and customer requirements to provide effective support.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver the best solutions and customer experience.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships providing ongoing technical and commercial support.
• Influence strategic development within the area of responsibility including resource planning and policy contribution.
• Analyze business challenges recommend best practices and identify opportunities to improve products processes or services.
• Use sound judgment to manage complex operational technical manufacturing engineering or product-related issues.
• Evaluate information quality ask the right questions and develop solutions beyond standard procedures with clear recommendations.
• Lead projects or functional teams when required communicate complex topics effectively and influence decision-making.

What youll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a Scientific discipline.
• Experience in customer-facing roles including on-site support frontline activities customer interaction negotiations and contract management.
• Good knowledge of the power generation market including wind farms steam turbines and generators and proven ability to manage customer relationships effectively while working collaboratively as a strong team player.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel up to 50% globally with the main activity based in Italy.

What will make you stand out

• Proven experience leading programs or projects with strong project management skills including planning documentation execution and delivery.
• Experience with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement combined with strong analytical problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Project management certification (e.g. PMP or equivalent) and additional language skills are a plus.
