Job Summary
In this Help Deskfocused Query Management role you will support our finance operations by resolving inquiries related to invoices payments and financial transactions. You will act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and contribute to accurate compliant and timely AP/AR processes. This position welcomes candidates with a range of experience levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle financerelated queries within the Help Desk team
- Support AP/AR activities including invoice and payment processing
- Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain documentation and support compliance requirements
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth financial operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Experience in finance operations AP/AR or a related field
- Education in Finance Accounting Economics Business or similar (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP pivot tables)
- Experience with ERP systems preferably Oracle
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage workload accurately and efficiently
- Serviceoriented mindset and effective problemsolving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
