We are looking to add to our growing Lincoln Mobile Service Department at Lincoln of Ramsey and Lincoln of Wayne. If you are an experienced technician who wants to step into the evolving world of mobile service this is your opportunity.

This is a full-time position. We provide the mobile service van and all tools and equipment required for the van are included.

Ford or Lincoln experience is a major plus mobile technician experience is even better.

We will provide hands-on training with our current mobile technicians to help you understand the ins and outs and intricacies of mobile service. This is a unique role that requires adaptability professionalism and strong communication skills.

Mobile service comes with its own challenges including weather conditions and other outside influences but it can also be fun and highly rewarding for the right technician who takes pride in delivering convenience directly to the client.

The right candidate will have a strong technician background with solid diagnostic and repair skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing repairs on assigned repair orders diagnosing vehicle concerns and completing work efficiently and accurately in a mobile service environment.

What Were Looking For

• Ford/Lincoln certification or experience (preferred)

• Strong diagnostic and repair skills

• Previous mobile technician experience (a plus)

• Must be willing to learn and grow within the mobile service model

• Understands that mobile service has challenges such as weather and outdoor conditions and embraces them as part of the role

• Comfortable working directly with clients in person especially in a mobile setting

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Team-oriented mindset you will be part of the journey as we grow this department

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

Compensation

Pay range: $25- $30 40hr Guarantee Rate weekly incentives and goalsdepending on experience and knowledge.
