We are looking for someone who can unlock the potential of our operations processes in an extremely fast-paced environment. As an Operations Specialist you will own the end-to-end process associated with the installation of parcel machines across IBERIA.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have
Schedule and manage requests across multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Create and maintain a direct relationship with commercial managers and internal areas.
Facilitate the operations internally to provide swift feedback to partners.
Deliver on key operational KPIs.
Well what will the requirements be
Experience in an operations role working within a project team.
Evidence of operating within a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record in the execution of operational processes and project coordination.
Demonstrated enablement of a physical operation including delivering against KPIs.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Strong data management skills (Excel etc).
