Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will oversee end-to-end recruitment operations lead a small recruitment team and drive hiring strategies to support business growth. The role requires strong experience in high-volume hiring within fintech lending or financial services along with leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily recruitment operations and guide the TA team in achieving hiring targets
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for supervisory to managerial roles
• Partner with business leaders to align hiring strategies with manpower plans
• Lead high-volume hiring for operations sales collections and support roles
• Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill quality of hire turnaround time)
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles
• Coordinate with external agencies and recruitment partners
• Ensure excellent candidate experience and employer branding
• Prepare and present recruitment reports to management

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or related field
• At least 46 years of recruitment experience with 12 years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Preferably with experience in fintech lending banking or device financing industry
• Proven experience in high-volume and niche hiring
• Strong leadership stakeholder management and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment

Preferred:

• Background in loan lending collections or device financing companies
• Female candidates are preferred for this role
• Experience handling agency partnerships and recruitment vendors
