Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development (50%)
Conduct outbound prospecting through calls emails and LinkedIn outreach
Identify qualify and nurture potential clients
Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
Schedule meetings and appointments for Relationship Managers (RMs)
Build and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline
Meet or exceed monthly KPIs and lead generation targets
Sales Administration (50%)
Prepare update and maintain sales reports dashboards and trackers
Manage and update CRM systems and prospect databases
Coordinate with internal teams (Finance Operations Customer Care)
Monitor installation status and support overall sales execution
Ensure accuracy and organization of sales documentation and records
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field
13 years of experience in sales lead generation or sales support roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) is an advantage
Comfortable handling both client-facing and administrative responsibilities
