Were looking for a Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our marketing team with day-to-day execution coordination and optimization of campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who has extensive background in Shopify and Marketing is organized proactive and excited to grow in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Day to day responsibilities
Assist in executing marketing campaigns across email social media and paid channels
Support email marketing (campaign setup segmentation basic reporting)
Assist in conducting market and competitor research
Help with influencer outreach and coordination
Assist in tracking and reporting campaign performance metrics
Assist with basic content creation (graphics captions blog formatting)
Requirements
Previous experience in marketing virtual assistance with knowledge of digital marketing (email social media paid ads)
Extensive experience in using Shopify
Background in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
