We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our growth in Indonesiaa true hunter with a passion for closing large B2B accounts and the drive to shape the future of language learning in corporate Asia. What Youll Do

  • Drive Market Expansion: Identify and prospect potential clients through diverse channels including cold calls industry exhibitions strategic networking and meetings to develop new business opportunities in your assigned territory.

  • Build Key Client Relationships: Establish and nurture productive partnerships with existing key accounts designing and selling mutually beneficial business plans to ensure long-term growth.

  • Enhance Account Satisfaction: Strengthen client retention and expand deal pipelines through effective account management and seamless implementation of solutions.

  • Deliver Solution-Oriented Presentations: Lead meetings to present goFLUENT language learning solutions aligning them with client needs to drive decision-making.

  • Leverage Data for Strategy: Analyze sales and metrics data to continuously refine territory strategy and maximize performance.

  • Ensure Accurate Reporting: Maintain precise sales reports forecasts and up-to-date client information in Salesforce on a daily weekly and monthly basis.

What Youll Need

  • Minimum of 8 years in B2B solution sales with at least 3 years in a sales leadership or team management capacity; background in e-learning or corporate training is highly preferred.

  • A strategic hunter-leader who excels in building coaching and motivating high-performance sales teams to pursue and secure new business opportunities.

  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing outbound prospecting strategies with an emphasis on scalable processes and team-level execution.

  • Native in Indonesian; Business Level in English with the ability to confidently communicate in cross-regional and executive-level settings.

  • Highly skilled in using Salesforce (or similar CRM) to oversee team pipelines track performance and drive sales forecasting; adept with Google Workspace for collaborative management.

  • Active and strategic presence on professional social platformsespecially LinkedInfor brand representation talent networking and lead generation.

  • A proactive resilient and adaptable leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and inspires a culture of excellence and accountability.
