Overview of the job

Were looking for an experienced Account Director to join our DACH team based out of our Berlin this role youll take ownership of some of our most high-profile client relationships driving growth across the region while leading and mentoring your team to deliver best-in-class influencer marketing campaigns.

  • Built strong trusted relationships with your client portfolio and identified clear growth opportunities within each account

  • Developed a thorough understanding of Influencers technology platform partnerships and full-service capabilities across Branded Content Performance UGC and Production

  • Established efficient team processes and begun mentoring your direct reports through Influencers personal development framework

Roles & responsibilities

  • Strong focus on the growth and development of new campaign opportunities with expert knowledge of the creator industry

  • Operational and strategic mindset - identifying new revenue streams (specifically within the Branded Content Performance UGC and Production arm of the team) building and implementing operational processes and efficiencies to drive streamlined ways of working

  • Internal champion and key stakeholder in the development of UGC and production at Influencer

  • Line manage direct reports holding them accountable and providing strategic solutions to support the growth retention and organisation of their accounts

  • Team mentor - working with your direct reports to nurture growth and development through Influencers personal development plan structure

  • Leads by example growing and nurturing client relationships and positioning Influencer as a trusted reliable partner

  • Main point of contact for clients and partners considered a reliable and responsive team leader and industry expert

  • Source and sign off effective solutions for complex campaign-related issues

  • Expert knowledge of creator-led content and platform best practices across organic paid and performance marketing

  • Highly organised collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders across Operations Finance and Production

  • Acute attention to detail tracking and reporting on campaign delivery and performance and ensuring all projects are invoiced in a timely manner

  • Project management of multiple projects simultaneously delegating to your team while maintaining the highest level of client service

What you will need

  • 1 years working as an Account Director with the ability to nurture and grow client relationships

  • Existing experience in influencer marketing or media/advertising

  • Experience in branded content best practices and content production for paid media activations

  • Experience working with project management tools such as

  • Passionate about influencer marketing social media and digital marketing and how its evolving

  • Commercially aware organised confident and an exceptional communicator

  • Meticulous in your planning with a creative approach to exceeding targets

  • A self-starter who is happy to work autonomously as well as part of a team
