Zakres obowiązków:

• współpraca w zespole celu osiągania wysokiej jakości pracy biura
• monitorowanie historii przesyłek i wyjaśnianie niezgodności
• obsługa Klientów (telefoniczna mailowa i bezpośrednio w oddziale) z dbałością o poziom ich satysfakcji i standardy pracy
• przygotowanie raportów i zestawień
• rozliczanie przesyłek za pobraniem i faktur gotówkowych
• przyjmowanie gotówki od kurierów i klientów
• przygotowywanie zestawień z rozliczonych faktur i pobrań

Profil kandydata:

• bardzo dobra organizacja pracy własnej
• zaangażowanie i nastawienie na realizację zadań
• umiejętność współpracy z podwykonawcami
• umiejętności pracy w zespole oraz szybkiego uczenia się
• dobra obsługa komputera oraz pakietu MS Office
• mile widziana znajomość j. angielskiego na poziomie min. A2
