Job Summary
Make an ImpactWe are seeking a motivated CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our E-Commerce Operations team in this role you will help plan execute and optimize CRM and email marketing campaigns across the EMEA region delivering personalized customer communication that strengthens engagement loyalty and closely with marketing eCommerce and technical teams you will contribute to the CRM roadmap support the development of automated customer journeys and use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign is a hybrid position based in our Basel office. You will be required to work onsite from Monday through Thursday with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. This role reports directly to the CRM Senior Specialist you will do in this role:CRM Campaign Planning & ExecutionSupport the planning and coordination of the EMEA CRM roadmap including campaign calendars email frequency and content themes aligned with brand and commercial in executing CRM and email marketing campaigns that increase customer engagement loyalty and with marketing content commercial teams CRM developers and translation partners to ensure timely and effective regional campaign the localization of CRM campaigns across EMEA markets including translation workflows and market-specific Marketing & Customer JourneysSupport the implementation and optimization of automated lifecycle journeys including welcome programs triggered campaigns and re-engagement in building and managing customer journeys and lifecycle communications using CRM platforms such as Bloomreach or Salesforce Marketing to the development and activation of customer audience segments to enable personalized and targeted Segmentation & Performance OptimizationSupport the management of CRM audiences and segmentation ensuring targeted communication and strong database quality and list campaign performance and key CRM KPIs analyzing customer behavior and campaign results to identify optimization A/B testing and campaign analysis to continuously improve engagement and insights and observations during business reviews to support data-driven You AreMinimum 2 years of experience in CRM lifecycle marketing or email -on experience working with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Bloomreach or similar executing email marketing campaigns and automated customer understanding of customer segmentation lifecycle communication and personalization mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and monitor CRM performance with reporting or visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar analytics platforms is a with CRM databases customer data structures and digital marketing coordination and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional -fluent English required; additional European languages are an We OfferOpportunity to work in an international and collaborative environment across the EMEA regionExposure to global brands and digital marketing initiativesHybrid working model with onsite collaboration and flexible remote work on FridaysA role where you can contribute to data-driven customer engagement and lifecycle marketing
