Job Summary

職務内容詳細
1. 担当カテゴリーの売上利益目標の設定と実行実現
予算作成実行プロセスの管理に責任をもち社内外の関係者からの情報を踏まえて担当カテゴリーの売上利益目標を設定しその実行します
2. 販売データ市場動向の分析とそれに基づく販売戦略の立案実施改善販売データ市場動向分析を行い販売戦略を立案しそれを実行するとともに必要に応じた改善を行います
3. 最適な仕入れ先の選定開拓と仕入れ条件の最適化仕入れ先の開拓選定に関して分析を行い最適な仕入れ計画を立案しそれを実行します
4. 日頃からの円滑かつタイムリーなコミュニケーションを通じてディストリビューター/メーカーとの強力なパートナーシップを確立維持するとともにより複雑な状況下においても戦略的判断に基づきパートナーシップの維持強化を行います
5. WEBを活用したプロモーションプランの企画立案販売対メーカー関係者との協働を通じてwebを活用したプロモーション計画を立案しそれを実行します
6. 社内関連部署との連携
シニアマネジメント層を含む社内関連部署事業部長在庫管理担当者ウェブ制作担当者出品者事業担当者およびマーケティング部門などと密接に連携し効率化と高質化を目指しながら上記の各業務を遂行します
7. プロジェクトへの参画
全社に影響を及ぼし得る複数のプロジェクトに参画しプロジェクトをリードあるいはメンバーとして実績を残します

About the team
Apparel Categoryの中でもTopline/MarginのKye Driverを担うSports wear categoryでのPositionとなります
Visit Business Introduction and Employee Interviews
- Speak write and read fluently in Japanese
- Experience with one or more analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel Tableau QuickSight MicroStrategy PowerBI)
- Experience conducting in-depth analysis of issues at a selling partner or customer level and providing actionable recommendations
- Experience implementing performance goals monitoring and evaluating against pre-set goals and implementing action plans to resolve performance barriers as needed
- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience in English-language communication skills both written and verbal
- 7 years of account management project or program management or buying experience
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
