Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee ACHM Spain Management S.L.. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.

Ensure the smooth daily operation of Front Office Housekeeping and Guest Services.
Guarantee compliance with Autograph Collection brand standards across all guest touchpoints.
Coordinate operations during high occupancy periods events and special situations.
Supervise service quality throughout the entire guest stay.
Analyze guest satisfaction surveys and implement continuous improvement plans.
Lead motivate and develop department teams and managers (Front Office Manager Executive Housekeeper Guest Relations etc.).
Plan staff schedules manage absences and ensure proper operational coverage.
Supervise Front Office and Housekeeping cost control.
Oversee housekeeping resources such as cleaning supplies laundry amenities and operational materials.
Participate in the department budget planning and ensure compliance with key KPIs such as cost per room productivity and cleaning time standards.
Work cross-functionally with Maintenance Sales F&B and Revenue Management.
Collaborate with hotel management on operational projects and improvements.
Ensure compliance with health safety and risk prevention policies as well as brand standards.
Supervise internal and external audits and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Previous experience in leadership positions within Rooms Division Front Office or Hotel Operations.
Degree or studies in Hospitality Management / Tourism.
Organized and solution-oriented profile with a strong customer focus.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience in luxury hotels or international brands will be considered an advantage.
Fluent English required (additional languages are a plus).
