Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Anodizing Line Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with anodizing processes and be responsible for operating and maintaining the anodizing line to ensure high-quality metal finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate anodizing line equipment for aluminum or metal parts
Prepare parts for anodizing (cleaning racking masking)
Monitor chemical baths temperatures and processing times
Ensure proper coating thickness and finish quality
Perform routine inspections and quality checks
Maintain chemical levels and report any issues
Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals
Keep work area clean and organized
Assist with loading and unloading materials

Requirements:

Previous experience with anodizing line or metal finishing
Knowledge of anodizing processes and chemicals
Ability to read work orders and specifications
Attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physically fit (lifting standing for long periods)
Understanding of workplace safety practices

Working Conditions:

Industrial/manufacturing environment
Exposure to chemicals (PPE required)
