Job Summary
70% Program Design and Delivery:
- Coordinate logistics for The Catalyst (communication scheduling etc.).
- Assist in the development of the program including leadership development pathways.
- Track student engagement data and maintain CRM records to inform program decisions.
- Compile program reports and surface insights for the team.
20% Community and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as a front-line point of contact for students exploring The Catalyst.
- Coordinate any mentor engagement and maintain ongoing relationship management.
- Work alongside the Entrepreneurship Business Development Intern to promote and increase awareness of The Catalyst.
10% Professional Development:
- Complete structured mid-term and final self-assessments reflecting on growth and career direction.
- Attend at least two entrepreneurship events as an observer/learner not just a coordinator.
- Meet regularly with Ryan Rains Director of Entrepreneurship Co-Curricular Programming for mentorship and career exploration conversations.

Position Overview
The Entrepreneurship Program Catalyst Team Lead joins the Entrepreneurship Program team to design deliver and coordinate the schools flagship entrepreneurship co-curricular program. This role gives you direct experience in the work of running a university entrepreneurship center program. Stakeholder management program improvement and community building. If youre exploring a career in university entrepreneurship centers incubators accelerators economic development organizations or similar support ecosystems this is a great launchpad.

Position Requirements
During the semester term of the appointment the student hourly must be enrolled in no fewer than 6 credit hours. For summer periods the student hourly must: (1) have been enrolled in no less than 6 hours in the past spring semester or (2) be pre-enrolled in the upcoming fall semester in no less than 6 hours or (3) be enrolled in summer session or (4) be admitted to study in the upcoming fall semester. Student Hourlies may be undergraduate or graduate students. (Exceptions granted for GRA/GTA/GA appointments DO NOT apply to Student Hourly appointments).
Employment Conditions
(1) Student employees are not eligible for remote work arrangements unless an exception is approved by the unit leadership and HR.
(2) This is an hourly/non-exempt position. A student employee cannot hold an hourly/non-exempt position and a salaried/exempt graduate or undergraduate position (GRA/GTA/GA/RUA/RGA) concurrently.
