The Challenge
As part of the Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations team you will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across the business. You will help analyze sales performance build reporting and generate insights that inform how we operate and grow.
In this dynamic role we are seeking an individual with a results-driven mindset adept at utilizing data to enhance sales processes and align strategies with business goals .You will work closely with Sales Marketing Business Development Finance and GTM Strategy teams to improve visibility into business performance and support more effective decision-making.
This is a high-impact analytical role with strong exposure to sales performance pipeline management and go-to-market strategy.
Your Mission
- Own and deliver core business reporting. Design build and maintain dashboards and reports covering pipeline conversion rates and sales performance for internal stakeholders
- Create internal and external facing performance reports such as MBRs QBRs. Prepare accurate executive-ready materials that highlight key trends risks and opportunities in the business.
- Analyze pipeline and sales funnel performance. Monitor performance from lead generation through to closed deals identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement
- Generate actionable insights. Go beyond reporting to explain performance drivers identify trends and provide data-backed recommendations
- Support forecasting and planning processes. Assist in forecasting cycles and planning exercises by preparing data validating assumptions and tracking performance against targets.
- Build and track key performance metrics (KPIs). Help define maintain and improve key business metrics and efficiency measures based on historical data and trends.
- Improve reporting data quality and scalability. Identify gaps in data and reporting and contribute to improving data accuracy governance and automation of reporting processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with teams across Sales Marketing Customer Success Finance and Product to align on metrics and support business initiatives (with potential focus on Sales Development while keeping scope flexible)
- Support operational and strategic projects. Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving GTM performance processes and efficiency

Your Experience Includes:
- 13 years of experience in Sales Strategy Sales Operations RevOps Business Operations Strategy Consulting BI or similar analytical roles.
- Experience in SaaS or high-growth environments is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with data to:
- Analyze pipeline and sales performance
- Track KPIs and business metrics
- Support forecasting or performance reporting
- Experience building reports and dashboards using tools such as:
- Excel / Google Sheets (advanced required)
- BI tools (Power BI Tableau Looker etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and sales data structures
- Basic understanding of sales concepts and metrics (pipeline conversion rates revenue etc.)
- Strong communication and storytelling skills able to translate complex data into clear actionable insights
- High attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets accurately
- Experience or interest in data quality reporting processes and automation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
