Senior Test Engineer (Semiconductor – Mixed Signal)

We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer to support IC product testing and characterization for mixed-signal devices. The role involves developing test hardware and software solutions supporting new product introduction (NPI) and ensuring accurate test validation and correlation. The candidate will work closely with product reliability and engineering teams to drive test development and failure analysis.

• Develop hardware and software solutions for IC testing and mixed-signal characterization
• Create and debug ATE test programs test patterns and test flows
• Support NPI activities including validation correlation and failure analysis
• Perform equipment analysis to define operating parameters and test conditions
• Conduct experiments and analyze test results for performance and reliability
• Select appropriate components and test hardware based on specifications
• Perform data analysis and ensure accurate correlation between test stages
• Support failure analysis of RMA and production test rejects
• Debug issues across analog digital and mixed-signal domains
• Work with cross-functional teams for product qualification and yield improvement
• Document test methodologies results and engineering reports
• Ensure compliance with test standards and best practices

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3 5 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering
• Experience in wafer sort and/or final test environments
• Exposure to mixed-signal IC testing and validation

ATE Platforms & Tools:

• Advantest V93K / Teradyne UFLEX / Flex platforms
• SmarTest 8 (mandatory) SmarTest 7 (good to have)

Test Hardware & Instruments:

• PS5000 XPS256 PS1600 DPS64/128
• Oscilloscopes logic analyzers multimeters

Testing & Validation:

• Digital Analog Power Management Mixed-Signal IC testing
• Wafer Sort (WS) and Final Test (FT)
• Test pattern development correlation validation

Programming & Scripting:

• C / C / Python / Perl / Java / VB

Engineering Fundamentals:

• Strong understanding of analog digital and mixed-signal circuits
• Ability to read schematics layouts and datasheets
• Debugging and fault isolation skills
