Job Summary

Test Data Management Architect (9-12 yrs)

Responsibilities:

Analyses production logs and DB metrics to identify data patterns and skew
Designs the synthetic data model field types relationships volume tiers
Architects the profiling approach: what to measure how and how often
Signs off on data fidelity ensures synthetic output matches real behavior

Technical skills:

SQL & data querying (complex joins aggregations query profiling)
Cloud observability tools (Azure App Insights Datadog Grafana)
Statistical analysis distributions percentiles skew detection
Data modelling & schema design
Python for data analysis (pandas NumPy scipy)
Understanding of tax/financial calculation workflows (preferred)
