We are hiring a Chinese Language Expert to support translation and communication between Chinese and English across business and technical teams. The role involves handling written and verbal translation supporting cross-functional coordination and ensuring clarity in communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders. The candidate will work closely with quality R&D and project teams.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Translate documents emails and technical content between Chinese (Mandarin) and English
• Provide interpretation support during meetings discussions and calls
• Act as a communication bridge between Chinese-speaking and local teams
• Prepare and translate minutes of meetings (MoM)
• Coordinate with Quality and R&D teams for project-related communication
• Support customer communication for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Handle email correspondence and documentation translation
• Assist in quality feedback analysis and reporting
• Ensure accuracy consistency and context in translations
• Support internal teams during visits or interactions with Chinese stakeholders
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Chinese Language / Linguistics / Related field
• 2 5 years of experience in Chinese translation or interpretation roles
• Certification in Chinese language proficiency (HSK / HSKK Intermediate or above)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English

Language & Translation:

• Mandarin Chinese (Read / Write / Speak)
• English (Fluent Read / Write / Speak)
• Technical and business translation

Tools & Documentation:

• MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Email communication and documentation handling
• Translation tools (optional: CAT tools)

Domain Exposure (Preferred):

• Manufacturing / Semiconductor / Engineering environment
• Customer communication and coordination

• Experience working with Chinese MNCs or international teams
• Exposure to R&D / Quality / Engineering environments
• Familiarity with translation software or CAT tools
• Experience in customer-facing or coordination roles
