Job Title : O2C Functional Consultant Gravity (Collections & Accounts Receivable)

Location : Hyderabad Telangana

We are looking for a Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including Accounts Receivable Collections and Cash Application. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with collections or billing platforms such as Gravity along with integration exposure to enterprise systems like Oracle E-Business Suite or NetSuite.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in Accounts Receivable Collections and Cash Application
• Hands-on exposure to collections or billing platforms (Gravity or similar)
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or NetSuite
• Knowledge of reconciliation and financial reporting processes
• Exposure to finance transformation or process improvement initiatives
• Strong functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes
• Understanding of the invoice-to-cash lifecycle
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash lifecycle including invoicing collections dispute management and cash application
• Handle collection activities such as customer follow-ups aging analysis and resolution of outstanding invoices
• Work on the Gravity system to manage collections workflows and customer payment processes
• Ensure accurate tracking allocation and reconciliation of incoming payments
• Collaborate with ERP systems (Oracle EBS / NetSuite) for financial data consistency
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Support User Acceptance Testing and ensure business requirements are met
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance collections efficiency and cash flow
