Job Summary
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of networking and web technologies such as HTTP/HTTPS TCP/IP and general networking concepts
Ability to analyze alerts prioritize tasks and escalate appropriately using predefined workflows
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely
Demonstrated attention to detail process discipline and reliability
Ability to work collaboratively in a 24 7 operations environment
Education & Experience
Acceptable qualifications include BCA MCA BTech/BE BSc-IT MSc-IT or equivalent IT-related education or certifications
Prior experience in customer support monitoring NOCC or a similar operations role is beneficial but not mandatory
Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
Work Schedule & Location
This is a 24 7 role with shift timings that may vary based on business requirements
The role may be performed remotely from home from a single fixed location
Candidates are expected to ensure stable internet connectivity and a suitable home-working setup to support uninterrupted work
