We are seeking a technically focused System Analyst to support our Commercial Lending Technology team in either Raleigh or Wilson North Carolina. This role will primarily concentrate on the technical aspects of enhancing and maintaining systems that drive our commercial lending operations. The analyst will be responsible for writing user stories gathering and documenting detailed business requirements and ensuring these are accurately reflected and updated in Rally. A key part of the role includes hands-on API work such as testing and troubleshooting using tools like Postman and supporting system integrations to optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical experience solid analytical skills and an understanding of how complex systems and APIs connect to meet business objectives. Collaboration is essential to successfully deliver technology solutions that enhance efficiency and support our commercial lending functionEssential Duties Responsibilities:

Gather formulate and define requirements to solve intermediate to complex business problems.
Provide technical team members and users with assistance solving application related problems such as malfunctions and program problems.
Analyze requirements plan and design applications using techniques such as structured analysis data modeling and information engineering.
Plan and execute appropriate testing (e.g. test plans test cases and test scripts) to comprehensively test assigned enhancements to business applications.
Coordinate the installation and application enhancements and/or releases.
Expand or modify applications to serve new purposes or improve work flow.
Assess the usefulness of pre-developed application packages and adapt them to a user environment.
Develop document and revise flow charts system design procedures test procedures and quality standards.
Review and analyze applications including performance results to locate code problems.
Oversee work products of other Systems Analysts and serve as project leaders for small-sized systems projects.
Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in business engineering design or technology field; or related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Three or more years of banking financial services digital or other relevant work experience
- Two or more years of product analysis technology and/or design experience
- Comfortable managing concurrent projects in a fast-based results-driven environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity leading work autonomously and making independent decisions
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of trends in technology and in the financial services industry
- Ability to learn and translate technically complex concepts into business-friendly terminology
- Considerable tact diplomacy and people skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products to analyze and communicate complex information to business leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
Core business/systems analyst skills such as requirement gathering wire framework SQL and APIs.
Cloud knowledge AWS Azure or Google
Creation of flow charts and process flows.
