This is a key professional role where youll help keep plant operations running smoothly while working closely with leadership internal teams and external partners.

What Youll Do
- Lead and coordinate all administrative and clerical functions for the plant
- Prepare and manage business documents including quotes reports and correspondence
- Serve as a key point of contact between the plant corporate teams and external partners
- Oversee daily administrative processes such as credit applications cash sales and account management
- Compile reports reconcile data and maintain accurate operational records
- Support leadership with research data analysis and special projects
- Help interpret and apply company policies and procedures with sound judgment
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Business Technical field or related experience
- 2 years of administrative or office management experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in office systems and general administrative processes
