Job Summary
QA Analyst/Quality Engineer
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Omaha NE- Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Ability to lead the testing of the given project
- Accountable for test scenario scope definition business requirements understanding and test execution and reporting
- Develop predictive and intelligent testing approaches on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.
- Be involved in test coordination activities and ability to supervise teams
- Assist development teams with the development and documentation of user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to create effective strategies understand user stories and ensure a high quality user experience.
- Document issues found during testing into the issue tracking system providing specific information describing the incident and how to replicate.
- Participate in daily product check in meetings
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience in software development testing project management and business analysis
- Understanding of different software development methodologies and strong knowledge of testing principles
- SDLC Phases in Waterfall and Agile
- Agile processes Sprint and ceremonies
- Release Processes
- Test process Improvement initiatives
- Test Metrics
- Knowledge of Test Automation tools
- Strong Knowledge of data analytics using SQL
- Demonstrated experience in Automation Framework design and implementation.
- Solid understanding of Element Locators Inspecting Elements and other automation testing essentials.
- Experience in Testing Rest APIs using tools like Postman Rest Assured library with Java by using HTTP requests/calls such as POST PUT DELETE GET.
