Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in MS Engineering Data to design build and maintain scalable data pipelines and platforms using Azure Data Factory Azure SQL and Azure Synapse Analytics Job Description Design and implement robust data pipelines using Azure Data Factory for ETL and data integration processes Develop and optimize SQLbased data solutions leveraging Azure SQL and Azure Synapse Analytics for storage transformation and reporting Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including data scientists analysts and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable data solutions Ensure data quality by monitoring key pillars such as completeness correctness timeliness and consistency across data pipelines Maintain comprehensive documentation for pipeline enhancements issue logs root cause analyses and data quality rules Implement data governance and security best practices including rolebased access control and data compliance standards Utilize Azure DevOps and monitoring tools to track pipeline performance and manage issue resolution workflows Stay updated with emerging Azure data technologies and recommend improvements to existing data platforms Roles and Responsibilities Lead and manage data engineering projects ensuring delivery of highquality data pipeline solutions Perform complex data analysis to support business decisionmaking and operational needs Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to quickly identify and resolve issues performing root cause analysis Collaborate closely with customers and partner teams to understand challenges and provide effective solutions Ensure adherence to SLA targets incident reduction and faster mean time to recovery MTTR Drive continuous improvement initiatives including automation monitoring and operational excellence Maintain effective communication by providing regular updates on issue status project progress and operational health Facilitate proper shift handovers to ensure continuous support and operational continuity Support cloud cost optimization initiatives and ensure efficient use of Azure resources Uphold data governance compliance and security standards across all data engineering activities
