Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Sales Marketing and Field Services modules. You will play a key role in gathering requirements leading functional design discussions and aligning business needs with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Map business needs to Dynamics 365 capabilities
Lead functional design discussions and recommend best-fit solutions
Configure and customize D365 (Sales Marketing Field Services)
Prepare functional documents (FDDs BRDs)
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
Support testing UAT and deployment

Required Skills:

10 years of experience in Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
Strong expertise in Sales Marketing & Field Services modules
Hands-on experience in configurations & customizations
Strong knowledge of business process mapping
Experience with FDD/BRD documentation
Excellent communication & client-facing skills
