Job Summary
Job Title: Product Engineer
Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Location: Horicon WI 53032
Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM 4:00 PM)
Job Summary
Performs product design testing and analysis work for engineering projects. Works in a team environment to support product validation testing programs and engineering processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate testing and validation activities
- Work with engineering teams suppliers and stakeholders
- Track testing programs and analyze performance and reliability
- Support design reviews and technical documentation
- Identify process improvements and manage project timelines
- Provide technical support to engineering manufacturing and quality teams
Required Skills
- Strong Excel proficiency (must have)
- Project management and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze and present technical data
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving ability
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Agricultural Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience in product development testing or validation
- Understanding of engineering processes and project coordination
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data analysis or PV&V testing
- Knowledge of Utility Vehicles or similar products
- Familiarity with PDCA 8D and 5 Why methodologies
- Experience working with suppliers
