*** Acute Care RN Case Manager 40hrs. Days ***Must have Acute Care Case Management experience.** FREE on-site Parking **Shift: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4: Name: Case Management RN Case Unit Description: Coverage for inpatient medical/surgical of Experience Required: 3 years. Skill Sets Required: Acute Care Hospital Case Management Utilization Management and Discharge to Patient Ratio: 1: Population: Adult. Bed Count: 200. EMR (Charting System): EPIC. Floating Required: Shifts Required: Required: Active Massachusetts RN License. BLS & Certified Case Manager Certification preferred. Additional Information: Weekend commitment up to every other weekend.
