Executive Assistant to General Manager
Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the General Manager provides high-level administrative support ensuring efficient operation of the General Managers office. This role requires strong organizational skills discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to the General Manager including calendar management scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
- Prepare reports presentations and correspondence on behalf of the General Manager
- Act as a liaison between the General Manager and internal departments employees and external partners
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights accommodations and itineraries
- Organize and maintain confidential files records and documentation
- Assist in planning and coordinating meetings events and company functions
- Track projects deadlines and follow-ups to ensure timely completion
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications (emails calls requests)
- Support HR finance or operations tasks as needed
- Always maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelors degree preferred
- 3 years of administrative or executive support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting senior leadership or executives
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Bilingual (if applicable to your workforce)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
