Job Summary

Ready to shape the future of digital experiences Were looking for a talented Product Manager to lead the this role youll support feature launches collaborate with cross-functional teams and turn product ideas into actionable deliverables. Youll work closely with development marketing legal and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless guest experience across all touchpoints. Ideal candidates will have 5 years in product management mobile app expertise and a passion for innovation especially with AI and code migrations. Responsibilities:

Support the team with documentation industry research reporting/analytics project logistics testing and general coordination of feature launches/enhancements.
Work with development teams by ensuring they have a deep understanding of the product objectives and priority and helping the teams translate the product concepts into user stories epics and other appropriate product deliverables (e.g. project briefs scope/requirement documents Guest-prioritized needs etc.).
Partner with key stakeholders (creative pricing revenue management marketing sales operations legal etc.) to build and manage scope expectations as well as across other product lines/destinations/brands within to ensure a seamless Guest experience across touch points.

Basic Qualifications:

5 years of experience working in the digital industry preferably with experience delivering experiences for mobile app as well as web
5 years of product management experience.
Experienced Product Owner leading development teams to deliver business value with input from many stakeholders.
Champion the digital experience advocating on the Guests behalf and working diligently to create a first-class experience for the guests
Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project business cases.
Proven ability to collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others plus the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships and the capability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate and influence decision-making with all levels in the organization (business executive technical).
Experience identifying defining and addressing technical user and business issues in a fast-moving organization.
Experience with Agile software development methodology.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with mobile application development and release process.
Experience in using AI for Product Management.
Experience in code migrations especially from native code to Flutter.

Required Education:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.

Additional Responsibilities:

Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
