Job Summary

We are on the lookout for a skilled Data Analyst to join our this role you will empower research leaders by providing data-driven insights that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Meta s UX Research ecosystem. You will collaborate with UX Researchers Program Managers and Research Leaders to analyze diverse data sets identify issues and uncover opportunities for improvement across our research processes and organizational health.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with UX Researchers and cross-functional teams to identify track and resolve challenges within the UX Research ecosystem.
  • Perform comprehensive analyses on topics related to optimizing Meta s UX Research processes and organizational health.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards reports and visualizations to monitor the performance of research infrastructure and programs.
  • Investigate existing data to identify potential issues and inform strategic solutions.
  • Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through storytelling and presentation.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring the timely delivery of actionable insights.
  • Use creativity and problem-solving skills to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Associate s degree in computer programming or equivalent training; Bachelor s degree with minimum 5 years of experience (or MBA/MA/MS with minimum 4 years) in management consulting data analytics sales operations finance human resources or related fields.
  • Proven experience using data to uncover insights that inform business decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in building dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell compelling stories with data to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments and applying creativity to overcome challenges.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
