Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and coach Agile teams ensuring successful delivery of medium to complex projects. This role focuses on Agile facilitation stakeholder communication and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning stand-ups retrospectives)
Remove impediments and ensure timely sprint delivery
Partner with Product Owners on backlog management and release planning
Track and report Agile metrics (velocity burn-down cycle time)
Manage dependencies and support cross-team collaboration
Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement

Required Skills:

Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Experience handling multiple priorities and complex projects
Ability to drive collaboration across cross-functional teams

Preferred:

CSM SAFe or similar Agile certifications
Experience with multiple Agile frameworks
