Costing & Sourcing Manager Apparel Local Creation EMEA

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report into EMEA Express Lane Apparel Sr. Direcor and work closely with Express Lane Product Management Development Business Integration Design Finance Supply Planning Global Sourcing teams and key external manufacturing partners.

Were looking for a strategic and peoplefocused leader to own and evolve the sourcing and costing agenda for Express Lane EMEA. This role is critical to how we deliver speed and responsiveness while protecting margin and product integrity. You know how to balance consumer demand commercial targets and operational realities and youre comfortable making decisions with imperfect information. WHAT YOU BRING

• Relevant experience in sourcing costing product development or supply chain operations
• Proven peopleleadership experience with a track record of leading through change
• Strong strategic mindset paired with operational rigor and attention to detail
• Ability to influence crossfunctional partners with clear datagrounded communication
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred

WHAT YOULL WORK ON
You will set direction for Express Lane EMEA sourcing and costing while ensuring strong endtoend execution across responsive source bases. Youll lead with clarity move with speed and help the team deliver consumerright producton time and on margin.

• You set and drive the Express Lane EMEA sourcing and costing strategy aligned to speed margin and responsiveness
• You lead and stabilize responsive operating models across nearshore and farshore source bases
• You own endtoend sourcing and costing execution from concept through buyready and order placement
• You partner with Product Development Design Finance and Supply Planning to evaluate cost and margin tradeoffs
• You proactively identify sourcing costing capacity and leadtime risks and drive mitigation plans
• You coach and develop a team of sourcing and costing professionals building capability and accountability
• You represent sourcing and costing as a senior voice in crossfunctional forums and with key suppliers
