Role Summary
The Senior Service Delivery Engineer Data & Analytics is a handson customerfacing engineer responsible for designing building integrating and delivering Data & Analytics solutions for airline customers.
This role works closely with Leads and Principals to execute welldefined solutions that solve real customer business problems. Senior Service Delivery Engineers are expected to operate independently on complex technical tasks contribute to solution design and ensure highquality execution in customer environments.
Key Responsibilities
HandsOn Engineering & Execution
- Design develop test and deploy Data & Analytics solutions in enterprise environments.
- Build and maintain Javabased services integrations and data pipelines.
- Contribute to solution design and technical implementation decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development test and production environments.
- Ensure code quality performance reliability and maintainability.
CustomerFocused Delivery
- Work directly with customers during implementations migrations and issue resolution.
- Understand customer use cases operational workflows and data requirements.
- Support customer discussions by explaining technical approaches and implementation details.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet customer expectations and operational needs.
Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate closely with Leads and Principals to execute delivery plans.
- Participate in design reviews code reviews and delivery retrospectives.
- Follow established engineering and delivery best practices.
- Contribute ideas to improve delivery efficiency solution quality and technical standards.
Required Experience & Skills
- Strong handson Java development experience in enterprise environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms containerization and microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with data platforms streaming or batch data processing and integrations.
- Strong problemsolving skills with ability to debug and resolve complex issues.
- Experience working in customerfacing delivery roles.
- Airline industry or travel domain experience is a plus.

- Requires limited guidance on execution; collaborates on design decisions.
