Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

Overall 10 years of experience in the PLM domain with at least two end to end PLM implementation programs in the Discrete Manufacturing industry.

Conduct discovery workshops capture business needs define current state processes and identify gaps or pain points.

Architect Windchill solutions including product structures change/configuration management lifecycles workflows and access roles.

Evaluate OOTB functionality versus configuration; prepare fit gap analyses and solution design documentation.

Define integration strategies between Windchill and enterprise systems such as ERP MES QMS or engineering toolchains.

Develop data migration strategies including ETL design cleansing rules validation scenarios and cutover sequencing.

Provide guidance throughout design build test and deployment phases to ensure solution integrity and performance.

Contribute to release planning environment strategy and roadmap recommendations for the PLM landscape.
