Context
Systra is looking for BIM Coordinators to join our Project Team in ONTARIO.
Missions/Main Duties
Coordinates the integration of disciplinary models into the projects federated model.
Identifies conflicts or inconsistencies within federated models and communicates them to the DPM design teams for resolution.
Support BIM Lead and discipline leads in developing and maintaining discipline and federated models;
apply BIM standards and modelling requirements;
assist with coordination clash detection and issue tracking;
produce model-based drawings exports and visualizations;
collaborate closely with design teams to ensure accurate and timely BIM deliverables.
Prepares and updates coordination files ensuring their compliance with project standards.
Organizes BIM coordination reviews and documents technical issues to be monitored.
Verifies the consistency of federated models with the BEP requirements and Client standards.
Collaborates with discipline teams to improve modeling and coordination practices.
Contributes to the documentation of coordination processes in the projects collaborative tools.
Participates in the implementation of the BEP in line with coordination objectives.
Profile/Skills
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (civil structural mechanical electrical) Architecture or Construction Management. Training or certification in BIM.
Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience in BIM coordination on construction infrastructure or building projects.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in leading BIM software: Revit Navisworks BIM 360 or equivalent.
Experience in the management and integration of federated models and clash detection.
In-depth knowledge of BIM standards (BEP Cadence standards etc.) and collaborative processes related to project coordination.
Ability to organize document and update coordination files and processes within collaborative platforms.
Bilingual Preferred

Rigorous and strong attention to detail.
Analytical thinking and ability to solve technical problems.
