About the role
Nexperia is looking for a Global Benefit Lead to manage and optimize our comprehensive benefits programs. This is a role that balances tactical execution with strategic oversight. You will be responsible for ensuring our benefits remain competitive and aligned with our corporate culture.
As the Global Benefit Lead you will serve as the primary subject matter expert for international benefits and risk analytics. You will navigate a complex multi-entity environment managing relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders across Finance and HR to support our global workforce.
What you will do
- Program Management: Lead the day-to-day operations of global benefit programs including medical/health insurance pension schemes (DB/DC risk & retirement) and risk-related benefits (life disability and income protection).
- Vendor & Partner Management: Act as the primary point of contact for global vendors and consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery and competitive renewals.
- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize enterprise-level benefits tooling and dashboards to track utilization perform risk analytics and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Financial Oversight: Manage benefit budgets in close cooperation with the Finance department. Implement cost-control measures while maintaining the quality of coverage.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all benefit programs meet local regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards across the full breadth of the global/APAC landscape.
- Internal Communication: Develop and execute communication plans to educate managers and employees on benefit offerings ensuring the value proposition is clearly understood.
- Stakeholder Management: Balance the interests of various internal parties presenting well-researched considerations to leadership for benefit strategy and investment decisions.
What you will need
- Education: A Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Finance Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in a tactical benefits role within an international or multi-countrycorporate environment.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Thorough knowledge of employee benefits specifically in medical insurance international pension structures (DB/DC) and risk insurance.
- Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a technical understanding of HRIS and benefits management systems. Experience with enterprise-level dashboards is essential.
- Operational Mindset: Comfortable in a hands-on role with a strong compliance-driven mindset.
- Communication: Extroverted and people-oriented with the ability to translate complex benefit data into clear updates for Finance management and staff.
